This policy explains how we process the personal data of visitors to septyma.com.pl in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message, provided voluntarily to get in touch with us.
  • Phone, WhatsApp or email contact: the data you share during a conversation or correspondence.
  • Analytics data: anonymous information about how the site is used (cookies — see section 5).

The site does not sell online, does not create user accounts and does not process payment data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to your enquiry and handling a service order — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at your request and legitimate interest).
  • Statistics and improving the site — Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) or (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

4. Recipients of the data

Data may be entrusted to providers that support the site: hosting and email provider (SEOHOST), Google (analytics) and — if you use WhatsApp — Meta Platforms. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies necessary for its operation and — with your consent — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.), which help us understand how visitors use the site. You can block analytics cookies at any time in your browser settings or via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

6. Retention period

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and for the limitation period of any claims. Analytics data is kept per the Google Analytics settings.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

9. Voluntary nature of providing data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to answer your enquiry or carry out a service.
