Terms of Service
1. General provisions
The operator of the website septyma.com.pl is Kamil Kowalczyk, trading as Septyma Guitars, ul. Bolesława Limanowskiego 25, 30-551 Kraków, Poland (the “Workshop”).
2. Nature of the website
The website is informational — it presents the offer, price list and guitar-service guides. The Workshop provides luthier services on site, in Kraków. The website does not enable concluding agreements or making payments online.
3. Prices and offer
The prices in the price list are indicative and informational and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude an agreement (Art. 71). The final cost depends on the instrument's condition and the scope of work, and is agreed individually. Prices do not include the cost of new components, parts and strings.
4. Concluding and performing the agreement
An agreement for a service is concluded after contacting the Workshop (by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form) and after the instrument is received and the scope of work and price are agreed. The turnaround time is set individually.
5. Complaints
Complaints about a performed service may be submitted to serwis@septyma.com.pl or by phone (+48 518 510 536). A complaint is handled within 14 days. Services are governed by the Polish Civil Code and, for consumers, by consumer-rights legislation.
6. Copyright
The website's content (texts, photos, guides and the “Septyma Guitars” word-and-figurative mark) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Workshop. Copying or using it without permission is prohibited.
7. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Final provisions
The Workshop reserves the right to change these terms and the website's content. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
